Cendity Health is an independent family-medicine practice in the heart of Northampton, caring for children, adults, and older patients across the Pioneer Valley. At Cendity Health, our patients are known by name, and their care is coordinated by a team that stays with them over time.

We handle wellness visits and physicals, chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma, minor illnesses and injuries, women’s health, and preventive screenings.

• Same-day sick visits. When you or your child wakes up ill, call us. We hold appointments each day for patients who need to be seen right away.
• On-site labs. Many common blood draws and lab tests are done here in the office, so you can get your results without a separate trip.
